<p>This module raises awareness of the importance of increasing the vigilance of staff on the rail network. It includes advice on how to reduce barriers to approaching a vulnerable person, basic guidance on talking to a vulnerable person, and how and where to seek support to safely resolve a situation. It also covers awareness of trauma, how it can affect people, the warning signs, basic guidance on talking to someone who may be suffering from trauma, and how and where to seek further support. It provides information on additional suicide prevention and support products.</p>
